In Russian the system of verb prefixes is more regular than in English so often verbs (and verb derivatives like perticiples) with standard meaning of standard prefixes are not mentioned in vocabularies. You just can make them when you need. BTW "дорешено" is also an example of the same.

So if you can not find a verb with a prefix, cut off the prefix and search for "булькать" or "решено", then modify the meaning according to the prefix.
