That's from book about motivation:
Applaud your coworkers; give them a plaque or an incentive lunch.
The only fitting translation I know is "пластинка с названием/фамилией". Is that what was meant? If it is I need some explanation. I can see a reward in an individual plaque (Mr. J.Smith, Phd gets his own plaque on the door/table). But what's rewarding in giving a plaque to your department? Is it a common practice in USA?
Or it's something else? So what is it? How does it look?
And is lunch supposed to be a reward too? Does it mean other (not-rewarded) employees don't have it (they are probably hungry and miserable ), or it's some kind of additional lunch?
