Hello everybody!
I wrote - or, rather, tried to write - a poem in Russian. However, my knowledge of Russian is still somewhat rudimentary. I was hoping someone here could critique my work a little bit... You don't have to worry about offending me, as I know I'm not a good poet in this beautiful language.. though I daresay I'm good in my own tongue.
Here goes: - "Уже видели" ("Deja Vu")
--

Please let me know if I've made any mistakes or if anything sounds silly... I already know that "videt' / byt' " is not an exact rhyme but I couldn't figure out a way around that one.. I don't know if Russian poetry allows for "fudged" rhymes (rhymes that only somewhat rhyme) but there's a lot of that in American poetry.. This is a poem about why I study Russian ..
Thank you for your help!
