Actually it's easily fixed with "мои предки воют" - my ancestors (are) howl(ing).
I suppose a lot of it doesn't quite come off like that.. but, is "kazhdeniya" not incense? (Translator threw me a wrench? )
Ah, I see. Incense (as in church) is ладан or фимиам (if it's a noun) and "кадить" or "курить фимиам" (if it's a verb). A process of incensing is "кадение". I guess "каждение" can be used too, I just did not recognize it in this context. It does not look good with adjective "древние".

I think that what you need here is "курения" (which is sort of incense too, but not necessarily in church).
