Well. There might be any reason.
But it definitely could get personal.
I personally have some of friends in Ukraine who even blame me personally in agression against ukraine. It might sound crazy bit it is so.
That clearly depicts the level of propaganda in Ukraine and in russia.
Ukrainians tend to blame russians personally while russians mostly tend to explain the situation by externak influence.
