    proof of funds POF

iCake please help me to translate also another more complicate term: Dead Asset Swap department.
This is the department formed by the banks within the banks, that undertakes to "погасить один кредит после того как конфисковать заложенный объект по недвижимости"

This one is difficult indeed. I couldn't google up anything of substance. Fear not I have a friend who's in the loop regarding these economy related terms. I'll contact her later today and see what she can come up with. I might not be able to reply here until tomorrow though. Meanwhile, maybe someone else will deliver a good enough translation.

Russians in Cyprus are killing me.
They think that I am Wikipedia.
It does not mean that one term in the Western economic system exists also in the Russia.
I will just tell them how the department works.

Okay, with some luck I was able to consult with my friend a little earlier. She told me pretty much this "Evary damn bank can set up their own departments for different purposes and call them whatever they want. Some might not even have a specific department for dealing with situations like this". Although, we thought it out and she told me that "отдел (по) конвертации безвозвратных кредитов (активов)" can be generally understandable to people.
