"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

As if a learner of English shouldn't think a lot before they start speaking.

    Is I'm correct?

    The rule is:
if an adjective is after a number, and a noun is feminine, then adjective is in subjective case: "три новые подруги" (подруга - f.)
Else - genitive: "два новых друга" (друг - m.), четыре новых ведра (ведро - n.)

Keep in mind, if adjective is before a number, this rule doesn't work: "За два прошедших года", but "За прошедшие два года"
