I have the below sentence but I do not undestand it's meaning. I look at the meaning of the words from the dictionary and try to understand the cases used in it. I can find the meaning of the words but I do not know what cases are used. Can you help me ? Best.

я всегда вспоминаю никому не нужные мелкие обстоятельства и мой рассказ теряет порядок действия.

порядок действия here means the sequence of events, the order the events took place. So the whole meaning of the sentence is:

Unnecessary, unimoprtant and inapt circumstances always come to my mind so I fail to keep the correct sequence of events.

Therefore the story the person tries to tell us becomes messy and fuzzy.

"никому не нужные мелкие обстоятельства" I also do not understand the function of "никому" and "нужные"?

Is this part by itself means "Circumstances not important to anyone"?

Это никому не нужно - No one needs that
So никому не нужные вещи is "unneeded-for-everyone" things if literally translated, but since there is no word as unneeded, I replaced it with unnecessary which means that "unneeded" thing
