Not exactly yet another song/lyrics post

Tho those whose listening comprehension of English is better than mine --
The song title is "The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye"
The part of lyrics in question is
"You know you're not the only one,
    Who know(s) how to cry"

Performed by Laura Branigan - YouTube - Laura Branigan - The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (2:02 - 2:12)
Performed by Roxette YouTube - The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (2:05 - 2:15)
So, can you confirm that the in second one they sing "Who know how to cry" instead of "who knows" as it should be?

bonus - Thomas Anders - YouTube - Thomas Anders-The Sweet Hello The Sad Goodbye(live performance) 1:30 apparently wrong one too.

Hannah! Can you help solve this riddle? The original composer of the song is Swedish and he has a web site with all his lyrics! /::/ Per Gessle /::/
I only speak two languages, English and bad English.

I suspect that the original lyrics may have gone wrong - and later, of course, were corrected, but already have been sung.

In the version by Roxette I hear "who know_ how to cry", too. Anders, whoever, sings "who knows". In his verstion, I can hear the "s" in "knows" quite clearly.
