    couldn't find this in dictionaries - сгиб локтя

    how is the inner side of elbow called in English? elbow bend?

    I've never heard anybody calling it anything in particular... but to describe it, you could say the inner side of the elbow, I think the medical term is "medial", but I am not sure.

    Если верить моему словарю, то в медицине flexion - это сгибание, extension - разгибание, то есть оба слова обозначают процесс (ну, или состояние, как следует из твоей ссылки), не место. Так что вариант Индры мне кажется подходящим.
