I did not know that it was so expensive either! But that's good, it makes a driver think twice before deciding to drive drunk.Originally Posted by sperk

Ok so what is so different about the "Russian Soul" compared with the souls of other Europeans? We have complicated souls too!
Give some examples!
Or do you mean a stereotypes like: A deep philosphical Russian sitting in the dark, and cold winter night drinking vodka, contemplating life and death while playing chess with himself...
(I think Russian people in general are just a tiny bit "cooler" than many other Europeans for various reasons.... but I certainly don't see any BIG differences! Please elaborate!)
I prefer to play chess with a bear.Originally Posted by Johanna
How much it will cost to kill somedody and go unpunished?
I think it depends on person you kill. So, we need priceslist instead of single price.
The price depends of a city where copes stop you. In Moscow that would be too expansive 4 me ))) But in my hometown it coasts from $110. I did not drive drunk, my bro did it ))) So thats easy to understand can he take your cash or not. If he is talking to you and asking different questions such as: "Where were you going? How far do you live? Do you have children?" That usually means that he is wasting time to not to write anything in tickets. That is your time! Thats why we usually keep cash ($10-$40) in your documents ))) Give him those documents and say that you are not drunk and you have a special note in your documents proofing your right If he wouldn't take it say: "Oh I've lost it" ))) :"":Originally Posted by sperk
