As for the bribes, whom must I give one to, to stop people, especially those who have just started learning English and barely acquired some elementary knowledge of one, use yep instead of yes and substitute stupid characters for real words, like U for YOU, 2 for TOO, R for ARE et cetera? Such practice is strictly the natives’ prerogative, tired of using their mother tongue the regular way and after some new thrills in their otherwise dull and uneventful lives.

Depends. People who actually were in such situation told me that the price ranged from 50,000 rub to 200,000 ($1,500-$7,000) - some people preferred not to pay and wait instead.
