What is the context, Valda? Why do you use “need”?

Although yea "stature", apart from height, also means "importance or reputation gained by ability or achievement"... but status is more natural in this sense

What is the context, Valda? Why do you use “need”?

Because someone (some fashion expert maybe) is telling off that person that he "needs" to wear clothing fitting to his status

These days cтан refers mostly to the realm of poetry and presumes a lithe body (slender build ), probably a wasp waist, and attracts listener’s attention to the waist; if your add a certain diminutive suffix to it , the word gets dirty. To avoid unnecessary connotations, you might want to use phrases подчеркивают вашу фигуру as Lena already suggested or подчеркивают ваши достоинства (always in plural) instead.
