What is the context, Valda? Why do you use “need”?

Вам следует носить одежду, которая подчеркивает вашу фигуру. (if you have a well-proportioned body)

Вам нужно носить одежду, которая соответствует вашей фигуре or которая скрывает недостатки вашей фигуры. (if not)

Although yea "stature", apart from height, also means "importance or reputation gained by ability or achievement"... but status is more natural in this sense

Because someone (some fashion expert maybe) is telling off that person that he "needs" to wear clothing fitting to his status

These days cтан refers mostly to the realm of poetry and presumes a lithe body (slender build ), probably a wasp waist, and attracts listener’s attention to the waist; if your add a certain diminutive suffix to it , the word gets dirty. To avoid unnecessary connotations, you might want to use phrases подчеркивают вашу фигуру as Lena already suggested or подчеркивают ваши достоинства (always in plural) instead.
