Translation to Russian, Needing some help again!

Thanks for the last one, could someone please put this in russian if possible. Much appriciated.

    * I have just been translating all the posts on this topic and it looks like a lot of people thought this was some kind of joke. Well believe me there was nothing to joke about in this situation. I have been to Yaro a few times and know my way about , speak minimal russian and registared on the site to see whats going on in the city. I had not posted anymore replies as I quickly flew out to moscow to meet someone to take me there.
I had counted the groung floor so it was really floor 3 she fell from. she suffered somebroken bones and concussion and nothing worse as she landed on an angled metal roof on the ground floor which broke the fall slightly.
Thanks to those that offered help*

You may add this if you want some distrustful people to believe you're really from Scotland (right?), and not some native Russian speaker with another joke:
    Мне помогли перевести этот пост.

    Good luck!

It means gRomoZeka is the boss of some Uzbeks! As if you didn't know!

I think the person is claiming that Gromozeka's Russian is so poor, that it's just as bad as the Uzbek's boss! I knew Gromozeka was a fake Russian!!! :P
Hei, rett norsken min og du er død.
I am a notourriouse misspeller. Be easy on me.

    HEY! My translation was genius!
(Don't worry, Scotland to Russia, no no Pidgin Russian and no Uzbek accent in the text. Really. )

    Не понял с этажами.
Ground floor —
