Hello!
My father would like to get a tattoo with me in Russian but I would just like to know what the correct translation would be since I don't trust google translate.
The phrase I would like is "I was not put on this earth to be ordinary"
Thanks!

Maybe - я был послан на землю, чтобы быть обычным.
"Я не был послан на Землю, чтобы быть обычным" is literal translation.
I google this phrase and found that greatest classic russian novelist Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy wrote in his diaries the same thought: https://books.google.ru/books?id=dh5...%D0%B5&f=false
"Есть во мне что-то, что заставляет меня верить, что я рождён не для того, чтобы быть таким, как все".
"There is something inside me, which makes me believe, what I was not born to be like everyone.".
So... last part "Я рождён не для того, чтобы быть таким, как все" is "I was not born to be like everyone." which has the same meaning and can be presented as part of russian literature also.
In english: https://books.google.ru/books?id=WBU...olstoy&f=false
Очень спасибо!!
