i have 2 birth certificates here from russia when i was adopted i was wondering if any body could translate it into english it is very important to me to find out where i came from thank you , alex

Are the parents on the certificate you adoptive parents' or your birth parents? (The names don't seem like Russian names?) How old were you when you were adopted?

I think the transliteration of the second name should be "Irene" -- at least it would look more familiar that way. The city that is marked as "Moskva" on the map above, is Moscow.

Никогда там не был, сужу только по фотке, которую запостил Basil77 (третья с конца). Я раньше в электросети работал, у нас такое называлось "порнография".
