Pse, what does this sentence mean?

    In the following address
    http://www.gwu.edu/~slavic/golosa/audio/audio2-4e.html
Урок 9 Разговор 3 0:20 the Doctor says to the pacient a phrase that I can't make out; I don't know if is somewhat colloquial or simply I don't understand the words. The sick boy says:
    - Всё время хочется спать. And the Doctor replies something like:
    - Это во следу и тот жe дать. Today we have got the result of blood analysis etc...
Which are really the words in bold? Thank you.

Probably "Этого следует ожидать." = "It should be expected."
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?
