I don't quite understand what does the "name name" in the first part mean. If these are the russian "first name" and "father's name" eg. "Иван Иванович" then the translation can be:

Счастья Вам, (дорогой) Иван Иванович! Я надеюсь, что у Вас всё (идёт) хорошо, и шлю свои самые наилучшие пожелания!

In case of informal relation you don't have to use "father's name" and can write following:

(Дорогой) Ваня, желаю тебе счастья! Надеюсь, что у тебя всё (идёт) хорошо, и шлю свои самые наилучшие пожелания!
