In this context it means "on the opposite", and it implies a conversation in which a question similar to the following is asked: "Ему, что, деньги девать некуда?" (Does he have so much money that he hasn't got a good way of spending it?) And the answer is: "Вот как раз-то есть куда, и себе приятно сделают и дитю помогут." (On the opposite, this is a good way etc.)
