A goodnight phrase I don't understand (audio file)

Can anyone write it to me at least? If I see the written version I might be able to understand... is this like a goodnight idiom thingy?

Спокойной ночи, спи до пол-ночи и смотри на потолок, чтобы чёрт не уволок

Good night, sleep until midnight, and look at the ceiling, so that the devil doesn't drag you away.

Волочь (informal, colloquial) = drag. Уволочь = drag away.

I goess it must be "...не смотри на потолок, чтобы чёрт не уволок" = "don't look at the ceiling".
Kids like to stare at the ceiling and dream about something, so they can't fall asleep. That's why parents say this proverb to their kids.
