There will be no use of the translation made here. As far as I know, the translation should be done officially and authorised by the notary.
Send me a PM if you need me.

I definately second the motion that you need to have this officially notarized by an accredited agency of some kind.

Hey, for a small triple-digit fee I can be a "accredited agency of some kind"!
Hei, rett norsken min og du er død.
I am a notourriouse misspeller. Be easy on me.

Come on, this is not a diploma or birth certificate translation. If the letter is signed by Mr. Usenko, who is probably her brother, why would anyone need an accredited translation agency? After all, it's going to be his letter.

This is to confirm that AAU is permanently employed as administrator in the beauty (?) parlor of Mr. Usenko . The employment agreement number 542 is registered with the Chervonozavodskii employment center of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, Kharkov Region. Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to call 555-...

    Mr. SA Usenko,
    Director

The last sentence is a gift, there is no extra charge. Feel free to improve and polish the first draft.

OK, but if his friend gets sent to Guantanamo, it's all on you...
