The 7th case is Vocative(?) used in addressing. Russian has only some attavisms of this form.

бог - боже (God) (quite common - Боже мой!- My God!)
отец - отче (Father) (used in prayers)
Vocative is quite common in Ukrainian - мамо, дiду, хлопче, etc.
