Жизнеутверждающее пафосное "Да будет" имеет более ограниченное применение. Это можно воскликнуть после какого-то героического поступка или с трибуны.

14Russian, as I read about "I wish..." in my case it will be understand like I want this but, unfortunatelly, it doesn't possible. Maybe I'm wrong, I'll learn this question more. Anyway thank you all
