the mail notification was blocked by my spam blocker on my email, so i didn't know that anyone had responded. I'm sorry for replying so late.

No I don't mean articles, i mean "Particles". I'm trying to understand german particels, like "mal" or "doch". Particles are things that add emphasis to a sentaence or soften a sentence. For example же:

Что ты делаешь? <VS.> Что же ты делаешь?

In german i'm trying to under similar uses of the words doch and mal. As in:

Schau! <VS.> Schau mal! <VS.> Schau doch!

But I understand these specific examples, I was just wondering if there was a russian equivalent of these two particles.

The Russian equivalent for "mal" must be "-ка" and for "doch" "же" Is there any help?
