Sit down- Sich setzen
How do you spell that?- Wie schreibt man das?
I don't think so- Ich glaube nein

(How are they pronounced too? I would prefer if you could show me with Russian letters, but if not it's okay.)

The second one is a little bit difficult because the meaning of the English expression is not clear. If you want to say "to sit down" the translation is correct. But if you ask somebody to sit down it would be

setze dich (for people you know well or friends (ты)) or
setzen Sie sich (polite form (вы))

I will try a cyrrilic transliteration:
Zeig mal her цайг маль хер
setze dich зеце дих
Wie schreibt man das? ви шрайбт ман дас
Ich glaube nein Их глайбе найн
