In a lecture there are 3 students in the class. Suddenly, 5 students stand up and leave. The professor thinks to himself, "If another 2 people come in, then there will be nobody listening."

I don't remember where I saw this one, but that site reminded me of it:

Q: What do you call a Volga on the top of a hill?
    A: A bloody miracle!

I think this link should be in MR FAQ.

Yep, neither me no my friends never heard jokes about Manka and Vanka. I think they exist only on wikipedia.org.
And I didn't find there one of my fav - jokes about Winnie-the-Pooh and Piglet, based on soviet cartoon characters (Winnie is real russian fellow there ).
Here you can find some black humor Winnie jokes:

I never heard jokes about Manka und Vanka too, i guess it was written by non-russian guy, russians never consider themself as "manka and vanka". There are also no jokes there about Cheburashka and Gena the Crocodile... and about Ilya Muromets Dobrynya Nikitich and Alyosha Popovich. And political jokes are not (and were not) so anti-govermential and anti-communistic.

Mate, when I said I never heard jokes about Manka and Vanka I meant I really never heard them and I am sure the most people I know never heard them too. Maybe somewhere these jokes are well-known and popular but not here. Thouhg the joke about Manka and Vanka and american is not bad.

    And there's nothing about садюшки

I never heard these jokes either.

Sounds too American to me. Some "Last boyscout" stuff. The humor in Russian jokes is absolutly different.
