Anyway, Rosneft just a month ago found out a huge oil reserve that can meet the needs of the whole world for ten years. I guess it can solve quite a lot of problems you mentioned. So, Russia has energy and little else. The government neglects the citizens like the OP (read original post) and doesn't give a **** about ethnic Russians and their struggles so they bring in tons of immigrations from other nations.
