I am not criticizing Russia to be malicious but to be constructive. If you want to be a traitor and support your status quo Putin and support the influx of muslims and foreigners not to mention the drastic economic decline of your country, that's your business, but it's totally irrational regardless of how much brainwashing one has.

Russian Economy May Collapse Through War:Schmieding - Bloomberg Business

Russia's economic crisis 'will end Putin regime'.

I know, all are Western sources. So what? I don't need Western sources to reach a conclusion of the inevitable. Russia, more or less, has an economy that is not sustainable so these reports are nothing more than expected and anticipated. The West is only capitalizing on the inevitable here. But, don't worry, Russia won't be alone in its collapse - although, I believe it will collapse before the United States - harder and faster.

Imho, the majority of Russians should be incensed at their government and for being exploited, manipulated, indoctrinated and lied to - but, the approval ratings are still high - so whether 80%, 70% or similar, it's still sad.

Of course, I didn't balance the critique with Russian media sources - I suppose I can come up with some that are not tarnished by Kremlin influence. There's no point to use the Kremlin mouthpieces RT or ITAR-TASS. What for? We already know they will spin everything in a positive way and sugarcoat all of the problems and predictions of a collapse. That doesn't help anybody.
Ok, you got me. I was lying all along. Ok, I'll tell the shocking truth. In reality we all have to pray Putin starting with children in the nursery and finishing the elderly in social security. For refusing to pray - sentence in jail. People can not criticize the government, for criticism - death punishment via fire squad. Putin portrait should be hanged all around, for lack of a portrait - a fine of 100 million rubles, for repeated lack of it - sentence in jail. People are afraid to express their opinion and even talk among themselves. Everyone march in columns and speak only in a whisper, loudly you can only pray Putin. Prisons are overcrowded with people who disagree with the bloody totalitarian regime. Poverty, hunger and devastation everywhere. Everyone should rejoice and praise Putin, or get arrested. Officials live well, police are not allowed to beat them at night. This is the state of affairs in Russia, but Russian state TV never shows any of such things. I'm typing this post under 3 proxies but still afraid to hear footsteps of bloody FSB executioners behind my door. Wait, what is it? Oh no, it can't be...
Please, correct my mistakes, except for the cases I misspell something on purpose!

I believe much of what you said could actually be scaled down to reality. Just look around and try not to lie to yourself. The scariest part is, it seems to be getting worse over time. I would just grin at this post 3 years ago, but not now...
