    https://riamo.ru/article/111552/ya-z...byat-moskvu.xl

    3. Does водоем means "pond" or what?
    4. провинциальным жителям: provincial residents? what does it mean?
    5. допоздна и на продленках: what does и mean here?
    6. Does знакомствами refer to people or what?

    1. "бы" means "would", like when you are projecting or planning but not 100% sure and talk more about wishes than real actions. The whole thing could be translated like "I wouldn't want to change anything" (or something like that).
"стала" means "an attempt", here it's not the beginning of the action, it's the whole concept of if I do something or not do.
    2. "я бы ничего не меняла" sounds almost the same, correct, with just a tiny difference like "I wouldn't change anything" vs "I wouldn't want/dare to change anything".
    3. Водоем is any natural water surface (Sea, River, Lake, Pond)... except for a swimming pool I guess.
    4. Допоздна = till late, на продлёнках: продлёнка (fem) means "продлённая группа" (prolonged class) when children whose parents can't take their children from kindergarten in normal time because of job or something, they all are gathered in one room and stay there with one of the teachers till their parents come to pick them.
    5. no, not people. Don't overcomplicate things, it's just about multiple facts of getting acquaintant with people.

Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.

    1. Бы - subjunctive mood
    2. Стала - denotes action, doing something
    3. Водоем - i would say it implies any artificial or natural lake, pond (usually you can see the borders, so a sea or large river would hardly fit)
    4. провинциальные жители - those living further from central towns, sometimes village dwellers
    5. продлёнка - elementary school slang (sometimes pupils in elementary school stay after normal classes at school, they do homework and some other stuff and go back home later, from продлевать - prolong, extend)
    6. знакомствами - a bit awkward use of this noun, may refer to people or things.

imho, the text needs some minor stylistic corrections (as it's a personal blog-like text you can't be 100% sure the text is absolutely free from mistakes)
