But I can't find it on the regular alphabet. Where is it? Where in the keyboard, especially?

Some types use this variant of writing д. Especially in Italic kind.

now it's clear. It's a font thing. What about those 2 letters at the end? Which letters are them?

"и" and "й". this is ukrainian word "вольний" ("вольный" on russian)

In Ukrainian that word is spelled as "вільний". So it is misspelled anyway whether it is in Ukrainian or in Russian.
