    Verbs of Motion...need a link

I'm sure people ask this all the time but I was getting no help searching the forum. Perhaps someone could help me. Anyway my question pertains to verbs of motion. I have a Golosa text book and I do not understand the diferences between multidirectional and unidirectional. Is there a really clean post that explains that somewhere?

Yes yes, very sorry. i was typing verbs of motion in search for this forum and I would find thousands of mostly un-related posts. I guess I need to learn how to use a search button better? Thanks very much for your help.

Which verb would you use in this context? Is it one of these?
