    I'm not sure hen-pecked has quite the same meaning. It's the first time I've heard the word, but having seen it in context a few times now, it means more specifically a guy who is submissive to his wife on account of her nagging. It seems "pussy-whipped" or "podkabluchnik" imply a kind of spontaneous, unconditional submission.
