Can I say this sentence?

Та первая лучшая чем третья, второя самая лучшая.

A friend of mine sent me three songs and I would like to add a comment like that above.

Первая - лучше, чем третья. Вторая - самая лучшая.

So if I have a sentence like "He is better than you", then you say "Он лучше, чем ты", right?

You really don't say лучший, лучшая, лучшее meaning "better"?

What is the difference between лучший and самый лучший?

Last question: "Та" is incorrect in that sentence or used incorrectly?

In my opinion, Russians use это and то completely differently than how we use the equivalent this and that.

Лучш||ий (-ая, -ее) means "the best" (superlative degree). "Better" is comparative. The Russian word for "better" is "лучше". "Сам||ый (-ая, -ое) лучш||ий (-ая, -ее)" means "the very best".
The word "Та" in this sentence is not necessary, so it's better without it.

What about the pronoun? If I understood that properly "Та" is ok to use, it is only redundant, right? If so, which would be better to choose then? "Та" or "Эта"?
