    move the deadline

"I spoke them and I convinced them to move the deadline of your payment unitl Wednesday (i.e. it was on Monday)".
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.

What about отнести ? Do you say the word in the context, too?

Отнести крайний срок платежа на четверг (or на три дня) sounds a little bit awkward. However, it is quite natural to use отнести in the phrase “Отнести платеж к четвертой категории (очередности)”. Отнести bears the meaning “ to refer to” here.
