It's kind of hard to read like that, and I think your friend used a lot of slang too. Here is what I got of it:

Hello sun I am glad to see greetings from you (i write like you with latin letters so you wont be confused, if cyrillic is ok then say, but ???(menya parit)) well of course this is ????(moe mylo, I'm guessing means "my business") I didn't see borzikovich in gizni anymore. Dammit, ???(I'm guessing he means "I'll write you later" or something)
    Later.

I'm just gonna translate is again, in case u didn't get all of it...

Hey sun(sunshine), I'm glad to see a greeting from you (I'm writing just like you in latin letters so there is no confusion, if cirillic are ok tell me, "I think they meant to say that it wold be better for him/her to write in cirillic, so they used an expression...") well of course my dear borzikivich didn't see this again in his life??? Damn I have a lot of things to do right now(used an expression again), I'll write to you later.

Some of the things were really hard to understand in the latin letters...so if anything is off, sorry...

Hey guys! "Mylo" (мыло) is a slang word for e-mail.

So here is what it actually means!

Privet solnce rad videt privet ot tebia ( pichu kak i ti latinskimi
bukvami chtobim ne bilo konfuza, esli mogno kirillicei skagi , a to menya
parit ) nu konechno eto moe milo ia bolche borzikovich v gizni ne
    videl. Blin chas zaparka napichu
    popoze.

Greetings, sunshine, I an glad to have greetings from you (I am writing with Latin alphabet just as you did in order to avoid a confusion, if I cn use Cyrillic, please tell me so, because this (writing in Latin alphabet) is too difficult for me).

Of course, this e-mail address is mine, I never saw another Borzikov in my life. Dam, I am too busy (or "too pressed for time) now, will write ti you later.

lol, ok then. maybe that person should used a lil less slang or at least write in cirillic letters, cause that was so confusing, lol

It is funny, but people who write in translit (i.e. use write Russian words in Latin characters) tend to be more illiterate than average. These two things seem to go together. Also, each of them seems to have his own version of translit.
