"Ячейка загрузки" is what happens when you translate "load cell" with bad translation programs. They translate each word separately and as a result you get enigmatic nonsense.

You see, many companies that trade hardware want to have their sites in many languages but don`t want to pay for the translation. So they use bad programs to translate English content into different languages and then report about multilingual sites. Result: pictures are good but text is not intelligible. I googled "Ячейка загрузки" as a text and see many "russian" versions of foreign sites with very bad translation.

So, Russian engineer would not understand that "ячейка загрузки" unless (s)he speaks English and likes puzzles...
