Kib, PM is a private message. The forum provides to users a mechanism of private message exchange. You can send a message to user from his profile page and you can read messages sent to you by clicking "Private messages" in the forum's main menu.

Shackleford, why can't you post the message in the forum? If it is secret, maybe it is secret even from you?
