    It looks like this:

    ... земне повязане з(в?) небесим....

    it should maybe be:

    Земля повязана с небесным ?
    meaning:
    the Earth tied with the heavenly.
    Hei, rett norsken min og du er død.

    It's not Russian, it's Ukranian. It means "Things of Earth are connected (tied) with things of heaven." (or, more literally, "The earthly is tied with the heavenly".
