How would I say to someone, "Will you go to the concert and save seats for us?" I would guess that my friend would walk, so: "Пошли бы вы в концерт (колокол) и ??? дла нас?"

Когда вы придёте в зал/на концерт, займите нам места/два места, пожалуйста. Мы придём перед самым началом.

"Will you go to the concert and save seats for us?" - Вы можете пойти на концерт и занять нам места? (that's how I would say it). That's if you mean literally taking (occupying) the seats in the concert hall.
