    Cultivated otter (vidra).

    You are free to look.

    This combination is not good.

There is no rush, take your time.

This two can go together (bag and shoes).

Here you can get tax free (money return).
Здесь вы можете получить возврат НДС (there is no tax free service in russia for customers - AFAIK IMHO)

    It will rain.

This lumbrella is not good for wind, but it's practic.

That is hit this winter season.

    Calf skin and sheepskin.

    Cultivated otter (vidra).
    You are free to look.
    This combination is not good.
There is no rush, take your time.
This two can go together (bag and shoes).
Here you can get tax free (money return).
    It will rain.
This lumbrella is not good for wind, but it's practic.
That is hit this winter season.
    Calf skin and sheepskin.
Now is inn to were handbags/pears in hands, not on the shoulder.
    thank you!!

It appears so I thought each phrase was independent.
Reasonably to assume that it will rain means

Oh, now I understand why are russian people trying the same shoes twice before they buy them. Thank you, both Ramil and Svar45, you're the best!

    This is rather scientific approach.

I saw a signboard on door of lab in aeronautical institute in Russia with such text:
"Tests for durability, aliens and weak-nerved are not welcome"
