Context : Dude (me) gave flowers to a girl. Girl posted pic on social media and got the above comment from her friend.

Google translation is just weird : Do not translate the same guys who give such a bouquet!

"Не перевелись..." means "They do not became extinct...". Google is confused with multiple meanings of word root 'перевод' which is 'transfer' with many submeanings such as 'transfer to another language (translation)' or 'failed transfer through time (extinct)'.
