It is the Jack O'Neil’s, one of my favorite Stargate SG-1 characters’ pet phrase, just an alternative for saying "for Christ's sake", used instead of it, according to the strange Christians’ belief, to avoid uttering God’s name in vain. Basically, I think it is an interjection, which may be rendered in Russian by many different exclamations retaining practically the same meaning. For example:
"Maybe something came through the gate," Daniel suggested. "What if it's attached to Jack and we can't see it, like the Rhitu?"
Sam and Daniel both stepped away from him.
"Oh for crying out loud!" Jack snapped
. А, чёрт, началось! or Бог ты мой! or Чёрт побери! or Да бросьте вы! or Какого дьявола! and so on in that order Огрызнулся Джек.

O'NEILL: Oh for crying out loud, General, it's me! Да боже ж ты мой, генерал, я это!

O'NEILL: Oh for crying out loud, Daniel! I'm glad you're so festinated by all this, but it's time for a little reality check, okay? We are being held prisoner by our own people. O, мама дорогая, Дэниел! Я рад, что тебя это всё так захватывает, но пора бы уже и трезво взглянуть на вещи, как ты думаешь? Нас держат в тюрьме свои же собственные люди.
