Re: A coupla' more sentences :)

    1. Это должно быть...?
    2. Мы должны...?
    3. Это так и должно быть?
    4. С минуты на минуту.
    5. Что бы ни случилось,...
    6. Если что-то случится (не дай Бог),...
    7. I am not sure if I get this one correct. I think it means "It is not known for sure, but..." If it does then the Russian interpretation may be "Точно неизвестно, но..." or something like that
    8. Повезло! (Везуха!)
    9. There are many variants, but an example must be more specific:
    - Меня грызет совесть (I am conscience-stricken)
    - Беспокойство разъедает меня изнутри (Anxiety is eating away at me)
    and so on
    10. I thought this two phrases are not equal.:
    - "To tail away " = уменьшаться; исчезать вдали; убывать; замирать; ухудшаться; ослабевать (according to Lingvo)
    - "To get rid of" = избавиться, избавляться, отделаться
    11. Could you provide a couple of examples, please?
    12. Пора...
    - "It is time to go to bed" = "Пора спать"
    - "It is time for us to put an end to it" - "Пора положить этому конец"
    13. Ты понимаешь, о чём я (говорю) (the word говорю can be omitted)
    14. Что вы хотите на завтрак/обед/ужин?
    15. Мы только что позавтракали/пообедали/поужинали/поели
    P.S.
    Considering meals:
    breakfast=завтрак
brunch=второй затрак (or just завтрак because it's not common to have two breakfasts in Russia)
lunch=обед (but today it's often called ланч and it shows us how western culture infiltrates into Russia )
dinner=ужин (however, dictionaries usually translate it as обед, but dinner usually takes place, like, at 6 pm (am I right?), while обед is at 12 to 1 pm. But if dinner stands for the main meal of the day then it is certainly обед)
    supper=ужин again
There is also полдник (light meal at 4...5 pm) but it's used usually in kindergardens, summer children's camps, sanatoriums etc.

Hey Luxdefensor, thanks so much for your help

#7- Yes, somewhat, but it is more like "Nobody knows whether it will happen or not", "It's not a sure thing whether he'll come or not", "There's no certainty as to whether he'll be here or not"

Notice the "whether", it's not the same as but.

#9- Yes, the second one was what I was going for. Also, just one little thing, could you give me a translation for "She's wrecked with guilt" meaning She felt extremely guilty and regretful, she can't seem to be able to forgive herself and move on. Feel free to throw in as many expression or variants as you possibly can.

#10- Yes they are not equal sorry for the slash, but thanks for both translations.

#11- "He bent/leaned over backwards just to help you pass the competition." (as in he tried very hard, he put all of his effort in doing something)

Alright, thanks again for your help

Oh, I see it now. Ok then, in Russian there are two main sayings for that matter:
    1) Бабушка надвое сказала
    2) Вилами по воде писано
Both of them shows not only speaker's uncertainty about something, but also his strong scepticisim:
    - Завтра будет дождь. - Ну, это еще бабушка надвое сказала.
-It will rain tomorrow. - Well, I'm not so sure about it.
If you don't want to emphasize on doubt but only want to express uncertainty, then you have to say like: "Это еще неизвестно", "Посмотрим", "Поживём - увидим", "Время покажет", "Кто знает", "Как знать" etc (wow, we really are a nation of fatalists )

The closest translation is "Её пожирало чувство вины" or "Чувство вины пожирало её изнутри"

#11- "He bent/leaned over backwards just to help you pass the competition." (as in he tried very hard, he put all of his effort in doing something)
Он из кожи вон лез, чтобы помочь тебе победить.
"Лезть из кожи вон" is closest to what you described. Literally it means "To come out of his own skin" (implying, from overreaching)
