    Does this make sense?

There's a line from a poem that I've translated as:

It should translate as "Subtle ways to harm" but does this make sense as a whole sentence? And is the context of "small, secret ways of causing harm to ourselves" present?
The word to word translation I believe is correct, but I'm still learning the intricacies and nuances of the language!

    Thanks!

    Изысканный is exquisite/elegant, though.
