    a couple more translation help needed ...

    1. You may be able to obtain these documents from the central police station of Vladivostok

    2. high school, junior college, college diplomas

    If I'm not mistaken, the original sentence means that it is not for sure that you will be able to get the documents, whereas the translated version says that you definitely will. I might be wrong.
