Correct my Analsysis first please before I translate.

The Russian army fought tenaciously annd desperately under most difficult circumstances.

    Russian army is nominative.
Russian is nominative adjective describing a feminine noun hence, feminine nominative adjective?
Army is NOT neuter but feminine ending in я

    fought is imperfective and past.

tenaciously and desperately are adjectives or adverbs?

under most difficult circumstances is prepositional ?

Thanks again! Your persistent student, Domingo...

    tenaciously and desperately are adverbs.

under most difficult circumstances is either dative?, genitive? or prepositional or accusative?

No objective cases in English. (Well, almost...)

It depends on the way you translate. I think, best ways to translate are в+Prepositional or при+Prepositional.

if circumstances is accusative, genitve or dative, then adjective is also respectively?

    Yes.
