Yeah, that's fine. For some reason I just had an image of a young VendingMachine coming in and speaking with his girlfriend's father: Чувак, как оно?

That's fine, but I wouldn't spell OK as ОК in Russian. More like "Окэй." You can also say нормально in this situation.

    What time is it?
    Какой час?
    Который час?
    Сколько времени?

At what time is the ballet?
    В какой час начинает баллет?
That is a bit of a queer way of saying it. Why not just "When"?
    Когда начнется балет?
But if you must be exact, в который час начнется балет. But I think that sounds kind of weird. In fact, I don't think the verb is right either. I googled all over for "балет начнется" and I could only find a Kyrgyz website with ballet times, so that might not be correct.

I don't know what you were doing with all the random numbers in parantheses, but I didn't bother to translate them.
    Четверть пятого.
    Полвторого.
    Без четверти третьего.
    Без десяти одинадцать.
    Четверть седьмого.

The second one is the most colloquial one.

    Okay. - Ок.
I think one can use "окей" in Russian (everyone understands it), but the Russian way of saying OK would be "хорошо".

    So-so. - ????
    Hормально.

Пятнадцать минут пятого (шестого). (So you don't say "a quarter after four", but "a quarter of the fifth (hour)". Note that also in the other examples that will follow, one always looks at the coming whole hour, not the one that has passed, like one does in English, at least for the first half of the hour.)

Half past one (two). - ????
    Половина второго -> полвторого (полтретьего)

    A quarter till three (seven). - ????
    Без четверти три (семь)

It is ten till eleven (twelve). - ????
    Без десяти одинадцать (двенадцать)

At a quarter past six (eight). - ????
    В пятнадцать минут седьмого (девятого).

    Thanks
    You're welcome!

Мне кажется, что не "нормально", а "так себе" или "неважно"...

Yep, "так себе" would be closer. But "нормально" is used more often and also has the meaning of "nothing out of the ordinary", "just living my life" or something, i.e., not good not bad.
