Thread: Cat got my tongue

Here is a sentence that has got me tongue-tied, translation-wise.

Сейчас пойду на работу а потом в ветеренарную аптеку,
что-то котик наш решил звболеть.

I think I understand that my friend goes to work, then will go to the vet pharmacy because the cat is sick -- I think that is a rough translation, but I maybe am missing more detail.

Can anyone help?

I didn't understand the "decided" part -- as if the cat would put its mind to becoming ill!! But, yes...I dragged the dictionary out and you are most correct.

Like "I am gonna be late for work, my car has decided to break down".

It's called humour.
