    Cannot wrap my mind around...

    "kto eto zdess nazyvayet nash yazyk "NOT QUITE A LANGUAGE"? hamstvo

    (shuchu, lyudyam trudno privyknutt k raznoobraziyu)

    a vy pravda ponimayete, chto zdess napisano, mister, sir?"

    Is this an english phonetic translation of russian?

    If anyone could translate this I would be extremely grateful.
